Ebara has 10 large-scale high-efficiency centrifugal chillers, which meet the requirements of the national level I energy efficiency grade. The total cooling capacity is 106000kw, distributed in four refrigeration stations of two sets of refrigeration systems, and provides 7 ℃ cold water for the process units, centralized control center, central air conditioning, etc. of two 100000 ton high-purity crystalline silicon production lines. The high-efficiency operation of the centrifuge can greatly improve the comprehensive energy efficiency of the refrigeration station, reduce the total energy consumption and reduce the operation cost of the enterprise. After the completion of the project, the energy-saving effect is remarkable, especially in terms of power consumption, which is much better than the standard of specifications and conditions for photovoltaic manufacturing industry (version 2021). The power consumption of the reduction furnace of the project is 43kwh/kg, which is lower than the specification by 7kwh/kg, and the comprehensive power consumption is 60kwh/kg, which is lower than the specification by 10kwh/kg.

So far, Hesheng silicon has selected Ebara's high-end products in the three bases of Hesheng silicon in western Xinjiang, Hesheng silicon in central Xinjiang and Hesheng silicon in eastern Xinjiang. The products include high-efficiency centrifuges, large demisting and water-saving Cooling Towers and low drift industrial cooling towers.
