Xinte energy has built a 200000 ton high-end electronic polysilicon production plant in Zhundong Industrial Park in two phases, which is an important step for Xinte energy to expand the high-end electronic polysilicon industrial chain, and is also a key node that has always been committed to building China's Silicon Valley and the world's Silicon Valley.

In the construction of phase I 100000 ton polysilicon production unit, Ebara stood out from many manufacturers by virtue of its deep technical background, strong non-standard customization ability and high equipment efficiency, and obtained orders for 10 sets of waste heat recovery absorption chillers, with a total cooling capacity of 78mw, providing cooling for hydrogen chloride separation unit and office building air conditioning, and providing guarantee for the safe and orderly operation of the whole plant. After the equipment is put into operation, the annual recoverable residual heat is 867000 GJ, which is equivalent to saving 29600 tons of standard coal per year and reducing 277500 tons of CO2 per year.
