The HVAC&R system of Beijing Daxing International Airport is the largest Ground Source Heat Pump system project in China. It can heat and cool 2.5 million square meters of the public area in Daxing airport. Six centrifugal Heat Pumps provided by Ebara which adopted 10KV high-voltage frequency conversion energy-saving technology are used in the No. 2 energy center. The cooling capacity of single unit is 6.1MW and the heating capacity is 7.1MW. It is providing cooling, heating and ice storage to the airport at different seasons.
