Automatic safety protection function
EBARA lithium bromide absorption refrigerators are equipped with multiple sets of automatic safety protection functions:
1. Safety confirmation before starting: Confirm whether the chilled water pump and cooling water pump interlock is established.
2. Anti-freeze protection measures:
a) Water cutoff protection: To prevent the heat transfer tube from freezing due to insufficient chilled water or water cutoff;
b) Chilled water low temperature protection: prevent the heat transfer tube from freezing when the chilled water outlet temperature is low;
c) Refrigerant low temperature protection: prevent the refrigerant water in the evaporator from freezing due to too low evaporation temperature.
3． Cooling water low temperature protection: Prevent refrigerant contamination and crystallization caused by too low cooling water temperature.
4. Cooling water high temperature protection: Avoid high pressure inside the unit due to excessive cooling water inlet temperature.
5. Refrigerant low level protection: To prevent the refrigerant pump suction head from being too low, causing pump cavitation.
6． High-risk high-liquid level protection: Avoid refrigerant contamination caused by high-risk liquid levels.
7. Anti-crystallization protection: Unique four-level anti-crystallization patented technology completely prevents crystallization from occurring.
8. Protection against abnormal rise in internal pressure of the unit: To prevent damage to the unit caused by a sudden increase in pressure inside the unit.
9. High-temperature protection: Avoid high-temperature crystallization caused by high solution concentration, and avoid corrosion of the unit due to high temperature.
